fix: updated not-implemented suggestion mapper to use text keys (#47)

🎯 Overview & Motivation

The suggested features matrix fallback list inside the placeholder wrapper interface (components/console/not-implemented.tsx) was mapping over list items using simple element indices (key={i}). This can cause layout rendering faults during multi-route fallback state rendering.

This PR refactors the mapping engine to use dynamic, string-based unique text value identifiers.

🛠️ Changes Implemented

• Swapped raw index arrays for descriptive template literal bounds: key={not-implemented-suggestion-${item}}.
