SpringReactiveOpaqueTokenIntrospector uses WebClient in its implementation so the auto-configuration of it must back off when spring-webflux is not on the classpath. Failing to do so results in a ClassNotFoundException for WebFlux's BodyInserters if the auto-configuration's other conditions are met. Fixes gh-50764
