tests for handlerParser.parse method

1. there I considered that methods will be uppercase (the default behaviour for node.js)
2. the comments case
3. the independence on number of white space and tabs
4. the indepnedence on number of new lines
5. before @endpoint there must not to be any character

I'm closing this because PR #19 seems to have some of the same commits.
Please when submiting a PR try to keep them atomic, so I can easily see what each one does and I can decided which one to merge.
