This all looks pretty great for the most part. I think the AS 3 migration will have to be on a parallel branch for now so we can continue to support Rails 2.x for awhile. But other than that, I can probably merge the rest of this. Thanks for the contributions! |

Make Content-MD5 work with Rack bodies which is not necessarily a String but something that responds to #read, #each, etc. Also add a Gemfile for easier development.
