以 entry.json pointer 形式收录 coreyhaines31/marketingskills（MIT）， 遵循 ADR-038 两层技能模型：market 仅存元数据 + source pointer， 正文留在上游源仓库，source.ref 锁定 SHA 7868cb9。 - stewardship: community, redistribution: allowed - category: business - manifest.stats.totalSkills 53 -> 54
