Telegram Desktop 6.9.2 build fails in case libdispatch is installed. Removing #define CRL_USE_DISPATCH fixes that.

Telegram Desktop 6.9.2 build fails in case libdispatch is installed.
Removing
#define CRL_USE_DISPATCHfixes that.Best regards!
