Auto-regen workflow failed because src/generated/ is gitignored; fixed by force-adding the generated file and updating spec-check.yml to use git add -f for future runs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Fixes the stale managedBy enum in the SDK that caused MonitorDto deserialization to fail when the API returned monitors with managedBy=MCP or managedBy=API.
Also fixes the spec-check.yml workflow to force-add gitignored generated files (the previous run failed silently because of this).
