Description

Implements the Automated Profile Hub feature that auto-populates a public portfolio profile from a student's completed milestones, skill badges, and micro-projects, with one-click PDF and JSON Resume export.

Closing this in favor of #578 which resolves the merge conflicts and syntax errors.

Hey @codewithakshyaaa Sorry for this but there were some issues with the syntax and lint errors too while running the project so i have fixed those!
you can create PR with just one simple change and i will grant you point there of this (no need to create issue directly submit PR linking with this issue in the PR description, i will add quality label to it as u did great changes!
