Hello! I'd like to suggest adding Sentinel Secret Scanner to the Secret Management category.
It is an ultra-fast, enterprise-grade Git secrets scanner and pre-commit hook written in Go. It supports native SARIF output for easy integration into CI/CD pipelines (like GitHub Actions).
