Cut the [3.2.0] section (scanEmbedded + tool-input parse-skip fixes) in all three changelogs with a Migration note, bump gradle.properties to 3.2.0-SNAPSHOT, and bump the 3.1.1 version literals in README en/ko, installation docs en/ko, and docs index en/ko to 3.2.0. The configuration-guide rows for ssrf.guard.llm.scan-embedded gain a (v3.2+) marker.
