Records the validated flip: repeat-3 medians clear all floors (worst-sample dips are caught by the production MPS gate), PR #677/#678 shipped the reasoning controls, and the post-flip production smoke shows the free tier alive again at 34s / MPS 100 / fidelity 100 with the Polar gate and disabled checkout intact.
