Docs-only: GitHub renders READMEs from main.

Two defects from the v7 cutover: EN/KR ran body text straight into the last
table row (no blank line), and the six-column layout squeezed the CLI/Config/
Playground cells until code tokens wrapped vertically on GitHub. The three
mapping columns collapse into one 'Select with' cell per axis.
docs: fix the axes table rendering in all READMEs

All four READMEs drop from ~250 lines to ~130: one pitch paragraph plus five
value bullets, a three-path quick start, the axes table, one commands block
with the config example, a facts table, and links. The CI yaml, how-it-works
diagram, giant command table, and long persona section move behind their
existing docs links. Structure informed by getpaseo/paseo's README (structure
only; no text copied — AGPL source, expression written fresh). Every pinned
contract survives: hero GIFs/alt rules, version badge, config-example version,
the canonical 184-pattern catalog line, and the 'full 184-pattern catalog'
phrase.
docs: slim READMEs to the essentials
