- Add Bamboo and BambooSapling blocks + bamboo leaf size states. - Register new blocks/items and allow them as soil vegetation targets. - Add bamboo block model with deterministic positional offsets. - Extend blockhash generator for BambooLeafSize and regenerate block hashes.
