Add AGENTS.md with Cursor Cloud development environment instructions

Adds development environment documentation for Cursor Cloud Agent VMs.

Files

• AGENTS.md — Concise operational instructions for future cloud agents (build commands, caveats, Nushell usage)
• ENVIRONMENT_REPORT.md — Comprehensive bill of materials documenting the full VM environment:
  • Base VM specs (Ubuntu 24.04, 4 CPU, 16 GB RAM)
  • Pre-existing tools inventory (Go, Java, Node.js, Python, Rust, etc.)
  • Every tool installed during setup (Nushell, Starship, zoxide, Atuin, fd, bash-completion, Poetry), with versions, install locations, rationale, and exact installation commands
  • Nushell configuration: every adapted file, every macOS→Linux path change, what works and what doesn't
  • Per-subproject dependency state
  • Full reproducibility script for setting up from scratch
  • The update script that runs on every VM startup
