DHIS2-21583
Previously the widget got user data from its own
useUserRoleshook. During the merge of #4563 into master, the conflict around the user-roles fetch was resolved by deletinguseUserRolesand switching toCurrentUser.get().userRoles. That resolution was incorrect and will be rolled back.
