I was puttin' around mastodon when I encountered your bot and had a laugh. When I was looking at some of the other images, I was struck by how "a xbox" sounded ungrammatical to me. This PR includes fixes for all the names that are pronounced with a leading vowel sound. I'm a linguist (as if this matters lol) and an L1 English speaker, but you can also refer to this citation I cribbed straight from wikipedia: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/general_writing/grammar/using_articles.html

Anyways thank you for putting this bot together and putting the source code online!

In English, Xbox is pronounced /ˈɛks bɒks/, which begins with a vowel
sound and thus should be preceded by 'an' rather than 'a'. Contrast
with the other extant OS starting with an X: Xerox, which is pronounced
/ˈzɛ.ɹɒks/ and is preceded by 'a'.
SGI starts with /ɛs/
LG starts with /ɛl/

Both are usually pronounced by spelling out the names.

I did not include HP because <h> can be pronounced /eɪt͡ʃ/ or /heɪt͡ʃ/
depending on the dialect of the speaker.
