Initial Icmpv6 packet's format is described: [ https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4443#page-3 ]. However Neighbor Discovery's Icmpv6 packets format is this: [ https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4861#page-23 ]. Neighbor Discovery is the major protocol used to achieve MitM attacks in IPv6.
