Resolves plugins/yarr/CLAUDE.md by taking both sides: main's launcher bump to yarr-mcp@2.2.1 (release 2.2.1, #88) and this branch's rewrite of the plugin-setup.sh row, which now says the credential bridge is run by the SessionStart/ConfigChange hook rather than "run-on-demand (no lifecycle hook invokes it)". This merge is why CI never ran on e4ec46d: main had moved (2.2.1 plus #92/#93) and the PR went DIRTY, so GitHub could not compute a merge commit and fired no pull_request workflows at all. The only check reported was a skipped Dependabot job, which reads as "nothing failing" and is not the same as green.
