Why do you prevent mapmakers from blocking/cleansing mad killing or timebomb? |

Timebombed creatures and psycho Horned Reapers shouldn't be able to cure themselves. They're supposed to be irreversible anyway. And MAD_KILLING isn't really a spell effect, not above the hood: it's an anger job. |
Need to confirm nametext vs tooltiptext, sound and how to limit casting only to creatures with debuffs.
