Updated/added door columns so that doors now display wall floor borders properly, and also added variants for secret door next to water/lava. Maybe the secret door changes are causing the issue

Split out from #4579. Doors do not currently support anything other than their four frames, but the Secret Door looks obvious next to water or lava. I had set up some slabs for this but they do not yet function. I've put them here for the future, so if this additional support is available it should just flow through :)
