SC 3.16 will error out on repeated variable declarations. This PR removes 2 occurrences.
Please also inspect
PLnfor its use ofnewCopyArgs- given the inheritance structure it may not be used correctly, though I didn't look too deeply into it. I only confirmed that the examples in the help file still work as before with the change in this PR.
