Summary

  • add AGENTS review guardrails for bridge, prompt, playbook, migration, and approval-gate changes
  • add a preview/apply script for freezing OpenClaw-native planner/orchestrator cron jobs while keeping Hermes shadow jobs and reminders
  • add a Hermes weekly promotion review prompt and JSON schema for 7-day shadow evidence based promotion into 00-Core or 30-Playbooks only

Safety notes

  • excludes local Vault files and cron result JSON because they can contain personal paths, job names, or schedule data
  • no OpenClaw state cleanup, deletion, or migration is included in this PR

Verification

  • node --check output/hermes-codex-runtime/freeze-openclaw-planner-cron.mjs
  • JSON parse check for weekly-promotion-review.output-schema.json

@codex please review this workflow change, with particular attention to approval gates, prompt/schema drift, and whether the cron-freeze script can accidentally disable non-planner jobs.
