A Mini PC based handheld games console!

This is the second revision of my Mini PC based handheld Gaming PC! It is designed for a Beelink SER 5 Mini PC but could be adapted to other systems by changing the mounting brackets and outlet plate.

Features:

• 8" 1280x800 60hz IPS display
• Room for up to 88.8Wh battery capacity (using 6000mah 21700 cells).
• USB-C Charging, power path management and OS integration over USB for battery capacity reporting
• Customisable RGB joystick surrounds

I have included every custom part as both a STEP and STL file in the 3D files folder along with the complete assembly as a .STEP file to aid with assembly.

All of the required PCB's are in the PCB Files folder as both a zipped Gerber file for direct upload to your manufacturer of choice, along with the KiCad project files which you can use to check locations/orientations of components and produce a BOM.

Please note, you will need to use ENIG finish on the left and right controller PCB's to get the membrane buttons to work properly!
