The Delta Flyer

The Delta Flyer is my implementation of a Kossel Mini. I could call it a Mega Kossel Mini since I used 1000mm vertical extrusions for the frame; it's big. I gave it its own name to give it an identity under which to pool everything I do with it, which will make it unique to some extent.

Project Status

The DeltaFlyer's been through a few tours of duty now. It works just fine. The biggest pending upgrade is to switch to a flying extruder. (Updated 2016-09-11)

• Shower Rollers: Prime-Line Tub enclosure sliding door rollers (oval). M-6002
• 8-32x1.5 Machine Screws (I bet 1in ones would be a little better than 1.5)
• 8-32 Machine Screw Nuts
• Carriage for Prime Line Roller (note a copy of the STL is here in git, in case Thingivese goes away).
