## Problem CI checks on PR #24 (and any other PR) fail because the `macos-15` runner with Xcode 16.4 no longer ships simulator runtimes pre-installed. The build step fails with: ``` xcodebuild: error: Unable to find a device matching the provided destination specifier: { platform:iOS Simulator, OS:latest, name:iPhone 16 } ``` Only the `platform=OS X` matrix leg passes; iOS/tvOS/watchOS simulator legs all fail. ## Fix 1. **Add `Download Simulator Runtime` step** — runs `xcodebuild -downloadPlatform` for the appropriate platform (iOS, tvOS, watchOS), skipped for the macOS destination. 2. **Fix `upload-artifact` condition** — previously failed with `Input required and not supplied: path` when the test step was skipped (no `resultBundlePath` output). Now checks `steps.tests.outputs.resultBundlePath` is non-empty. 3. **Bump timeout from 10 → 20 min** — to accommodate the simulator runtime download time.
