This updates any plugins/dependencies as far as possible without breaking anything (only
androidx.navigationcould not be updated to the latest version).This necessitated some other changes:
Apart from that, I also set gradle to use mavenCentral instead of jcenter (since the latter one does not receive updates anymore)
The commit 3343b83 is named incorrectly, and it contains minor changes that make it so the navbar is coloured correctly on more devices
