Just adding 'Do not merge' label as we're using an alpha version of tide-content-collection-ui for testing once the last aspects are QA'd and approved we'll update this to a non-alpha version. |

Problem/Motivation
Original need: Content authors need a way of displaying the latest grants within a specific content category. This means they should be able to select grants as the content type to display then filter those grants to only show those relevant to their needs.
Enhanced concept: We want to provide content editors with an enhanced user-friendly way to display curated sets of content. This means users should be able to source content in two primary ways:

Selecting manual items
