run the bank api python file to get the dummy server running, then in a different terminal, go to the tax_filing filepath and run app.py

After running app.py, you can upload the sample financial report pdf and provide your bank number as "1" for the time being.

Finally, close popup and chat with the terminal while it prepares the tax report and saves it to an excel file using autogen.

You need to create a file called OAI_CONFIG and add your config details for accessing your llm api with it's key. It currently supports every proprietary llm and any huggingface model api
