- docs: 图锚定区域内存模型设计（graph-anchored regions）——保留竞技场双价值（零碎片/有界碎片），区域锚定数据流图，五机制（生命周期/布局/放置/碎片/跨区域）全部图内化，用户面零管理负担；本阶段只改文档不实现
- docs: 图锚定区域设计落地——memory-model.md 重写（区域=子图字节域/图活性生命周期/split-merge-share/五机制/字节权限层/用户面零管理）；pointer-model.md 修订（ALLOC_AT 声明式放置、跨区域放宽为 outlives、字节权限）；coreir-schema + spec-design 同步（ALLOC_AT 节点/布局元数据/#no_alloc）
