For whoever merges this: a relevant PR has to be sent to duckdb/duckdb to remove the patch, bump the commit, remove 'APPLY_PATCHES'.
On a side, possibly the name should become
duckdb-arrow?And for fun: there is no actual extension-ci-tools submodule (yet), that is needed to be set-up.
