Dash-as-punctuation is banned in user-facing copy across the app. #191 slipped one into the time off review page's date range.

'1 Sep — 4 Sep' becomes '1 Sep to 4 Sep', which also scans better read aloud. Swept the other screens added today (identity, mileage, earnings, availability, messages, and the three new web pages); this was the only instance.

Dash-as-punctuation is banned in user-facing copy across the app. The time
off review page rendered a range as '1 Sep — 4 Sep'; it now reads '1 Sep to
4 Sep', which also scans better read aloud.
