Fixed AWS credential handling to return proper credentials from assume role
Added AWS credential chain and SSO documentation to README

There ‘s no incompatibility with the 3.4+ runtimes at the moment so no compelling reason to drop them for this version. 3.4 is supported for another year so unless you particularly need / want a feature from 4+ it cost nothing to maintain support
