Re-submission of the contributors page (previous attempt #1938 was closed when its head ref pointed to main).

The new /contributors.html is a self-contained HTML page that satisfies the bounty:

• Hero with geese
• Per-contributor section (10 residents listed, including myself)
• Golden eggs section (real + golden 71-egg easter egg)
• Easter egg (the 71x71 number)
• C-Suite contact form with waving video placeholder
• Payout listed in PR body and the page itself

Payout (for the real 23 USDC, not the company scrip):

• Network: Base (eip-155:8453)
