This pull request introduces a suite of features designed to make flow a more indispensable daily tool. The focus is on providing more actionable feedback to the user, encouraging habit formation, and improving overall usability without compromising the project's minimalist philosophy.

Key Features:

  • Session Targets: Users can now set a duration for a session with flow start --target 2h. The status command will display progress towards the goal.

  • Daily Goals: A new flow goal command allows users to set and track a daily focus time objective.

  • Recent Command: The flow recent command provides a quick summary of today's completed sessions.

  • Actionable Insights: The flow insights command has been enhanced to provide more meaningful, context-aware analytics about work patterns.

  • System Doctor: A new flow doctor command helps users diagnose common configuration and data issues.

Adds session targets, daily goals, recent and insights commands, and a system doctor to improve the daily user experience.

- All new features are non-breaking and backward-compatible.
- Adds comprehensive tests for all new functionality.
- Improves documentation and README to reflect new capabilities.
Replaces the comparison table with a statement of core principles to better align with the project's identity. This communicates the tool's value in a more confident and authentic way.
