I'm so sorry I missed this @betolink! Yes, just updating the lock file is sufficient. That's all that would happen if we were to update a dependency manually with uv, which would be like: uv lock --upgrade-package urllib3

However, since I took so long to see this and reply, I'm closing this due to the conflicts in uv.lock at this point, which would likely be difficult to cleanly resolve.
