`docs/published-surface.json` now records 28 commands read from `ghcr.io/easybytehub/hullwork:0.1.0a9`, and README, the evaluation compose file, the install guide and the privacy note name that image rather than the previous one. Two notes come out because the release makes them false: the page routes an operator uses — `doctor`, `config` and the instance report — were documented while no image carried them, and the published image now has all twenty.
