This is helpful now, as we gather experience with our staging instance of PIA and a handful of clients. Before moving to prod, we should reduce the amount of logging statements and/or use a different level (e.g. debug). Signed-off-by: Lukas Puehringer <lukas.puehringer@eclipse-foundation.org>

Note about changes: The small code refactorings in
model.pyandtest_dependencytrack.pyare needed to support the additional logging statements.
