- Move ABI compatible data types to Baselibs feature (fixes Improvement: ABI compatible types are baselib, not COM #1456).
- Move message_passing component to Communication module.
- Move the list of libraries to Baselibs feature to module.
The message_passing source code is located in the communication repo
The list is too detailed to be placed in the feature description.
