This PR adds a missing list header to the persisted binary format of the Gigamap type BitmapLevel2. To apply the changes the affected BitmapLevel2 must be stored again, see the default legacy type handling in the docu for details.
If done so it is no longer possible to load the Gigamap with previous storage versions.
There is also a converter available to apply the format change to inactive storages. The official documentation for details.
