Adds a small env that is easy to solve and fast to train for testing the camera sensor 2D implementation edbeeching/godot_rl_agents_plugin#48.
Note that the env doesn't implement onnx export at this stage as it's not fully implemented for the camera sensor yet. Trained inference can be tested from Python for now.
