The only change is I removed the Clickhouse logo section. This fix includes various changes from https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickHouse/commits/master/programs/server/play.html The most notable issue is this issue that increase security by not sending passwords over urls: ClickHouse/ClickHouse#39910
