Summary

Add a non-normative opportunity investigation record for one narrowly defined workflow:

An enterprise AI agent requests export of a bounded sensitive dataset to a named recipient for a declared purpose, subject to constraints and approval before execution.

Purpose

The document establishes a disciplined customer-discovery and build/no-build process without modifying Passpod Standard v0.1.

It includes:

• workflow and buyer hypotheses;
• public-repository data boundaries;
• primary-source evidence and explicit limitations;
• incumbent capability and competitive hypotheses;
• interview targets and discovery questions;
• strict validation thresholds;
• pilot-entry requirements;
• evidence and decision-history tracking.

Current decision

Status: INVESTIGATE

No SDK feature, schema, Profile, adapter, demo, or hosted product is authorized until every discovery gate condition is satisfied.
