Release RLFTSim on Hugging Face #1

Description

@NielsRogge

Hi @ehsan-ami 🤗

I'm Niels and work as part of the open-source team at Hugging Face. I discovered your work on Arxiv and was wondering whether you would like to submit it to hf.co/papers to improve its discoverability. If you are one of the authors, you can submit it at https://huggingface.co/papers/submit.

The paper page lets people discuss your research and find related artifacts (like your models). You can also claim the paper as yours, which will show up on your public profile at HF, and add your GitHub and project page URLs.

I noticed on your GitHub README that you are planning to release the code for RLFTSim in August 2026 and that your model checkpoints are currently available upon request via email to comply with Waymo's data usage policy.

Would you like to host the checkpoints on https://huggingface.co/models? For your specific needs, we have a feature called Gated Models. This would allow you to require users to agree to certain terms or provide confirmation of their Waymo registration before they can access the weights. This could significantly streamline your current manual email process!

Hosting on Hugging Face will also give your work more visibility and enable better discoverability. We can add tags so people find the models easily and link them directly to the paper page.

If you're down, leaving a guide here. For custom models, you can also leverage the PyTorchModelHubMixin to make them easily loadable via code.

Let me know if you're interested or need any guidance regarding setting up gated access!

Kind regards,

Niels
