Pure renames (no content change) so per-file history follows each episode/page from the old Software-Carpentry (styles) paths into the Workbench layout.
Convert episodes to pandoc fenced-div syntax (questions/objectives/keypoints, callouts, challenges+solutions), add sandpaper config.yaml / CITATION.cff / Makefile and the Workbench GitHub workflows, remove the Jekyll scaffolding, and apply the essential fixes recorded in MIGRATION.md.
