Adjusts the kitty card display scale to 1.0 in the Round Complete modal to match the table cards, and refines the Chinese and English Shengji translations to use consistent, authentic, and themed terminology (e.g. '王师/群雄', 'Allies/Rivals', '庄家/闲家', '亮主').
