Public Test 1

A revival to ChaOS. I am taking ChaOS back out of the release stage as a lot of big changes and upgrades are on the way.
This Public-Test is not much different from the last release, but I thought it would be good to release something anyways.

Color scheme now saves to disk
Changes now only save at shutdowns and restarts to make OS faster
Directory command now shows files in order
Fixed file commands, now won't crash the OS anymore

AND TOO MANY BUG FIXES

BSOD now looks nice

Now also includes a pre-formatted disk image!
