- Add CloudFormation launch stack buttons to aws_cloudtrail_otel, aws_elb_otel, and aws_vpcflow_otel packages
- Prepopulate stack name and EdotCloudForwarderS3LogsType parameter in launch URLs
- Use correct CloudFormation console URL format with /stacks/create/review endpoint
