Introduce an AppIconWidget that displays an app icon and if needed the badge and progress bar over it. This is pretty much just the corresponding code from launcher put into a new class.
This serves as preparation for #595 but even if we don't want to do that I think it makes sense to split that out since it is very self contained and keeps the launcher class more manageable.
