if addon exports are by default set up to allow imports of source .gjs we should not add to the matrix of flags the bp needs to support
it would make support of the bp simpler and it does not hurt the end user if a few things that allow for building are still around

I don't think this is compatible with the current exports, because it requires every consumer to have extension iteration
