TOPAS VSCode Extension

Full language support for TOPAS Monte Carlo parameter files.

Auto-detection	.txt files containing TOPAS patterns are automatically set to the TOPAS language

Formatting	Aligns = signs per block; run Format Document or enable topas.formatOnSave
